We are supporting a well-established UK manufacturer operating from a aluminium production facility in Derbyshire. The business specialises in the design and manufacture of high-quality aluminium components used within commercial and industrial environments. The Role

This is a senior, hands-on position responsible for operating aluminium press machinery and overseeing press operations during shift. You will play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating aluminium press machinery
• Monitoring press performance, output, and product quality
• Carrying out tooling changes and adjustments
• Identifying and resolving process issues during production
• Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are maintained
• Supporting other operators on shift where required

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience operating aluminium press machinery
• Strong understanding of aluminium processing or extrusion environments
• Confident working independently in a senior operator capacity
• Willingness to work either days or nights
