The Role
Capella Professional are proud to be working with a well-established and reputable company who put the needs of its customers at the heart of everything they do. Within their industry, they actively procure, store, deliver, install, conduct technical demonstrations, repair and maintain products relative to the work they carry out. As such, their Customer Service vacancies have arisen off the back of a recently won contract and a need for that contract to be fulfilled effectively.
You will be working as part of a small and intimate team ensuring all relevant activities and duties are carried out with support and guidance from senior team members. You will be conducting outbound calls to contacts who will be expecting to hear from you. Their details will be pulled through from our clients in house CRM system with you being responsible for arranging a visit between the maintenance team and the customer.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Conducting warm outbound calls
· Detailing information in CRM
· Acting as middle man between maintenance team and customer
· Delivering exceptional customer service (building rapport and using empathy)
(Due to the nature of this business, to apply for this role you must hold a valid DBS certificate)
We can accept the stated DBS types: basic – enhanced check.
Working Hours
The core hours of this role are full time. Monday – Friday / 9.00am – 5.00pm
