Light Science Technologies Holdings PLC is a publicly listed company operating across three exciting sectors: Controlled Environment Agriculture, Contract Electronics Manufacturing, and Passive Fire Protection. As a PLC, all material developments are communicated via the London Stock Exchange in line with disclosure regulations – and marketing plays a key role in that narrative.
The Role
You’ll lead the group’s marketing function, shaping and delivering strategy across multiple divisions, driving brand visibility, digital presence, and commercial growth.
Office Location: Main office is based in Ashbourne; Travel will be required to visit other sites in Manchester and Lincolnshire. Other travel may be required to London and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete management of all marketing activities for the Group
- Creating and carrying out marketing strategies
- Provide marketing insights
- Content management of the website (Need to understand WordPress)
- Content Creation – Graphic Design
- Creating a plan and content for all Social Media platforms, liaising with the divisional heads
- Design audio and video podcast plans, set up and film (Video content edited externally).
- Supporting the product development team with the design of data sheets
- Brand management across all divisions
- Digital marketing creation
- Support with exhibitions and merchandise
- Attend on site projects, taking photographs and videos to keep content fresh
- Create Investor presentations liaising with the officers of the company
- Write Regulatory News articles
- Previous experience within Marketing Management within a PLC or a multi-division business unit.
- Social Media Management experience.
- Graphic design experience
- Content creation
- Understanding of WordPress
- Good eye for detail
- Experience of photography for social and website content
- Understanding of podcasts and experience in leading and filming these preferred.
- Must be flexible with travel.

They are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join its busy and friendly team. This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for someone who’s got a passion for all things mechanical or automotive and enjoys a mix of admin work with the chance to get hands-on in the workshop from time to time.
£12.21 per hour this is a temp - perm role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.
· Professionally handle incoming calls and general front-of-house duties.
· Communicate effectively with customers both in person and via email.
· Process invoices and payments as needed.
· Respond to email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
· Assist in the workshop with packing turbochargers when required.
Criteria For This Role:
· Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
· Mechanical background or strong interest in cars, engines, or automotive tech
· Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
· Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English.
· Comfortable using standard office equipment and software.
· A team player with the ability to work independently.
· Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.

The Role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Operations – Ensure the smooth running of the venue, including golf simulators, bar services, and customer experience.
- Maintain Equipment & Facility – Schedule and coordinate maintenance for TrackMan systems, bar equipment, and overall facility upkeep.
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service – Address guest inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Manage & Train Staff – Hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.
- Ensure Health & Safety Compliance – Conduct safety inspections, implement emergency procedures, and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Handle Financial Responsibilities – Manage budgets, control costs, process invoices, and oversee payroll.
- Stock & Inventory Management – Monitor and replenish bar stock, simulator accessories, and other facility supplies.
- Promote & Market the Venue – Manage social media, local promotions, and partnerships to attract new customers.
- Plan & Host Events – Organize tournaments, corporate bookings, and social events to drive business growth.
- Gather & Implement Customer Feedback – Continuously improve services based on guest reviews and operational insights.
- Experience as an assistant manager in a bar
