Senior Recruitment Consultant

Up to £30,000 per annum + comms | Permanent | Nottingham City Centre

The Role

Capella Professional are delighted to announce that due a record breaking year in 2023, we’re looking to expand our team. As such, we’re on the lookout for an experienced, dedicated and ambitious white collar recruiter who can come in and hit the ground running. We would prefer someone who is geared up with permanent recruitment experience but are open to speaking to candidates who run a successful temp desk also.

Due to the nature of this role, it’s highly desirable for the successful candidate to hold a full clean UK drivers license.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Business Development – source and convert new clients

· Proactive Headhunting – actively go out to market to source top tier talent

· Consistent billing – maintain regular billings by filling roles

· Account Management – stay in contact with existing/ lapsed clients to secure future business

· Conduct sales drops – attend sales meetings on a weekly basis and be able to positively sell and promote our business to prospective clients

· Admin – processing timesheets and new starter documents for temp staff

· Marketing – consistently come up with fresh and innovative idea to be passed to our in house marketing team

You will be set clear goals and objectives from day 1 of joining the business, if these are met/ exceeded within the allocated timeframe then progression is guaranteed. Simple as that.

Working Hours

Full Time / Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
